At SB Supps, we partner with Supliful to manufacture and fulfill every order on demand. This helps ensure product freshness and quality.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days.

  • During periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. SB Supps is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at contact@sbsupps.store, and we will work with the carrier to assist you.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sbsupps.store. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
